Yoga can be practiced by men and women of all fitness levels, ages and body types. A qualified instructor will lead your office through an energising or relaxing yoga class.
All classes will include stretching, breathing and relaxation practices. These practices will be instructed to encourage your employees to incorporate them on a comfortable level at work, at home or on the road.
Yoga's simple yet profound system of stretches, breathing and relaxation brings an overall sense of well being about their lives, work and companies. Yoga will assist with improving function of all internal systems of the body, leaner muscles and more flexible joints, a greater mental clarity and ability to handle stress.
Taught on the floor in your office space or outside (weather permitting)
Classes can be arranged to fit your schedule and run from 60 to 90 minutes, as often as you'd like, any time of day or evening.
Classes are CHF 150.00 for 60 minutes or CHF 200.00 for 90 minutes. Depending on the size of the room, we can discuss individually how many participants can participate.
