Massage at work provides a free initial consultation. We will establish your key goals, such as reducing stress, providing motivation or combating the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries. Then propose a package that best meets your needs, taking into account the number of staff involved; work schedules; available space and time and budgetary constraints.

Option 1

On-site HEADREST massage can be completed at your work station. It is perfect for call centres and similar working environments. Workers can stay at their workstation whilst being revived. Headrest massages typically last between 10 and 20 minutes.

Option 2

On-site CHAIR massage utilises an ergonomically designed chair. Chair massage is especially effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension - head, neck, upper and lower back and arms.

Option 3

The TABLE massage sessions lasts 30 - 90 minutes. This massage requires a separate private room and the client partially disrobes. The table massage allows a more effective massage and therefore the benefits are increased.

Option 4

REFLEXOLOGY is especially enjoyed by those working on their feet all day. Reflexology offer tremendous health benefits: it reduces stress, improves circulation, cleanses the body of impurities and toxins, and can revitalize energy levels.

In all cases, the massage therapist will bring all necessary equipment and supplies, including music headphones and revitalising facial spray. The recommended frequency of massage is once a week to gain the cumulative benefits, however many companies use our services fortnightly and monthly.
